I am obsessed with these French products and I cannot ever find them anywhere. I am so glad that I made the decision to try this website because they truly delivered and it wasn’t even as long as I was thinking it would be.

The emulsion itself is great. However I ordered 2 tubes of 186g and received 2 tubes of 93g. I emailed French beauty hub but they have still not made it right. This is too expensive to get half of what I ordered!!!
Love that product. Being from France and living in the US, this product here is super expensive so even with the extra shipping fees, it is worth it. I just order a bunch at once and I’m good for several months. Couldn’t do wipes, I think it’s irritating for my baby’s skin, and this helps to clean so much better.Highly recommend.

Hello, I've contacted this site due to the damage my product sustained during delivery. Both boxes arrived open and one sunscreen bottle was opened and leaking. I have requested a refund but have not heard back.
I bought this balm for my mothers mature, sensitive and itchy skin and she loves it.
Awful service. Took way too long to get here, no updates until I contacted you multiple times. Finally arrived and box was completely mpletely crushed and open

Oh! Do you mean the product described in the website, different from a similar item but with differing ingredients and description? And instead receiving two identical 'Wella Professionals Invigo Volume Boost Leave-In Spray' bottles?? and not the one shown here. And then apologies sent but no refund for2 identical items until nearly a month. Permission to return given and then the return shipping charges equal to the refund amount? And then a 36 day delay custom's duty from Belgium charge of $22 from FedEx? Yeah..... not a very great company, this French Beauty Hub. WARNING TO OTHERS about the ethics of this company.....not to neglet to mention one item charged for but missing from the shipment and a refund for that only just retrieved from my charge card platform after over a month.
Will never repeat a purchase here! Pas encore!!
