It contains a particularly high share of natural lavender essential oil (lavandin), whose calming scent helps create a feeling of balance and calm. A touch of eucalyptus oil and camphor adds freshness, while vitamin E helps care for the skin during the bath.

A clear, violet oil that mixes into running bath water and releases the lavender scent through the steam. Kneipp recommends a warm bath at 36 to 38°C for 15 to 20 minutes, the ideal time to relax without drying out the skin.

How to use
