Ducray Kertyol P.S.O. Rebalancing Treatment Shampoo is a treatment shampoo for psoriasis-prone scalps with thick scales, flaking and itching. It works as a supportive care: salicylic acid helps loosen and remove scales, and Vederine, a chicory root extract, helps the scalp renew itself normally. Celastrol, an active of natural origin from Pierre Fabre biotechnology, targets the build-up of plaques, while ictasol (pale ichthyol) helps soothe. The brand reports 77% less itching from the first uses and 78% thinner plaques after one month. Coconut oil and glycerin keep hair soft and easy to comb despite the purifying action.

How it works

A creamy shampoo that lathers well and rinses easily. It is used as a short course, three times a week for four weeks, then once a week to keep results, alternating with a gentle shampoo. The second application is left on for two to three minutes so the actives have time to work on the scales.
