The synthetic fatty acid hydroxydecine, derived from royal jelly, enhances skin hydration and improves the skin barrier function. Isoleucine further aids in limiting bacterial adhesion. This cream has been tested against various irritants like metals, acids, detergents, and mechanical actions, proving its efficacy in protecting weakened skin. With a barrier effect lasting up to 5 washes, it reduces discomfort such as tingling, itching, and hot sensation. Additionally, it is suitable for infant perioral irritation and dry-skinned children with atopic eczema during bathing.
