La Roche-Posay Effaclar K(+) is a renewing daily care for oily skin prone to blackheads and a rough, uneven surface. LHA and salicylic acid gently exfoliate to smooth the skin and help keep pores clear, while the Airlicium complex of perlite and silica absorbs excess sebum for up to 8 hours. Carnosine and vitamin E help protect sebum from oxidation, one of the causes of blackheads. Within a month, skin looks smoother, pores look less clogged and there is less shine.

The texture

An ultra-light, fresh fluid that absorbs quickly and dries to a soft matte finish. It hydrates without an oily residue and works well under makeup or sunscreen.
