How to Use
- Shake well before each use to mix the 2 phases.
- Place a lotion-soaked cotton pad on each closed eye.
- Gently tap the cotton on the eyelid for 10 seconds to dissolve the makeup.
- Pass without rubbing on the eyelashes from the root to the tip.
