Uriage Xémose PSO Soothing Concentrate is a nourishing care for very dry, flaky skin prone to psoriasis. Used alongside medical treatments, it helps reduce scales, roughness and redness while calming the urge to scratch. Two Uriage patents do the work: Cathelicidin LL-37 Modulation targets the flaking cycle, and Cerasterol 2F restores the skin barrier. Uriage Thermal Water soothes and shea butter adds comfort.

The texture

A light fluid with the comfort of an oil. It absorbs quickly with no greasy or sticky feel, so you can get dressed straight away. Unscented.
