Bioderma Sensibio DS+ Soothing Purifying Cream is a daily face cream for sensitive skin prone to redness and flaking, the typical signs of seborrheic dermatitis. It works on the cause as well as the symptoms: piroctone olamine, climbazole and undecylenic glycerides help limit the growth of Malassezia, a yeast linked to irritation and flaking. Glycyrrhetinic acid (enoxolone, from licorice) calms the skin and reduces visible redness, while coconut oil softens flaky areas. Bioderma's patented D.A.F. complex raises the skin's tolerance so it reacts less to everyday stress. With regular use, flaking and redness are visibly reduced within two months.

The texture

A light, non-greasy cream that absorbs quickly without residue, so it sits well under make-up or sunscreen. It is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, which suits oily-looking areas like the sides of the nose.
