La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Invisible Fluid SPF50+ is a very high protection facial sunscreen for normal to oily skin, here in its lightly scented version. It is built around Mexoryl 400, an exclusive filter from 10 years of research that covers ultra-long UVA up to 400nm, the part of the spectrum most sunscreens sold in the United States don't reach. Together with seven other filters, it protects against UVB and all types of UVA, in a weightless fluid that resists water, sweat and sand.

The texture

A very liquid fluid that you shake before use. It spreads in seconds, sinks in without a white cast and dries to a bare-skin, non-greasy finish, so it sits well under makeup. Netlock technology forms an even film that resists water, sweat and sand. It carries a light, fresh scent that fades after application.

How to use

Shake well. Apply generously every morning as the last step of your skincare routine, before makeup. Use about a teaspoon for face and neck: most people under-apply, which lowers the protection you actually get. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors, and after swimming, sweating or towelling off. Avoid contact with the eyes.
