Hexomedine 0.1% Antiseptic Solution is a ready-to-use liquid antiseptic based on hexamidine diisetionate at 1 per 1000, an antiseptic from the diamidine family. Registered as a medicine in France, it is indicated on its leaflet for the local treatment of skin infections, or of skin that is at risk of becoming infected, such as small superficial wounds. It is applied pure, needs no rinsing, and comes in a 45ml bottle for the first-aid kit or a 250ml bottle for the family cabinet.

The texture

A clear, fluid solution that is dabbed or poured onto the skin. It can also be used to soak a compress for a wet dressing or for a local bath, and it does not need to be rinsed off.
