Major saturated fatty acids: palmitic acid (C16:0) 7.9 to 12%, stearic acid (C18:0) 4.5 to 6.7%, arachidic acid (C20:0) 0.3 to 0.7%, Behnic acid (C22:0) max 1.1%. Vitamin E content (mg / 100g): 2 to 1.
