Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil is a lipid-replenishing cleanser for very dry skin, including skin prone to atopic eczema and itching, for use on the face, body and scalp. Its soap-free base at physiological pH (5.5) cleans gently. I-modulia, a patented postbiotic from Avène Thermal Spring Water, helps reduce itching linked to dryness, and Cer-Omega, skin-identical lipids, help restore the protective film. Thermal Spring Water adds its soothing action. Gentle enough for newborns, children and adults, and suitable during and after oncology treatments, it relieves the discomfort of very dry, itchy skin.

The texture

A light oil that turns milky and foams softly on wet skin, then rinses cleanly. It does not sting the eyes and leaves skin comfortable, never tight.
