Granions Dermatology Niacinamide 12% Dark Spot Serum is an anti-dark spot serum for all skin types, including sensitive skin, with pigment spots, post-blemish marks or an uneven complexion. Its main active is niacinamide at 12%, a high dose of vitamin B3 that helps limit the transfer of melanin to the surface cells. It is paired with tranexamic acid, which also targets pigmentation, for a visibly more even tone within a few weeks. The light texture absorbs quickly without a sticky film and works well under make-up.
