Isispharma Ruboril Soothing Cleansing Balm is a cleansing and make-up removing balm for sensitive skin prone to redness, including skin with rosacea. Its rich balm melts into an oil on contact with the skin and lifts make-up, even waterproof and long-wear formulas, along with impurities and excess sebum, without rubbing. Bisabolol, a soothing active derived from chamomile, helps calm the skin, while glycerin preserves its moisture so the face does not feel tight after cleansing. It is non-comedogenic and tested under dermatological and ophthalmological control.

The texture

A soft balm that turns into a silky oil as you massage it over dry skin. Add a little water and it becomes a light milk that rinses away cleanly, leaving the skin soft and comfortable rather than greasy. The formula is short, with only eight ingredients.
