Kérastase Nutritive Nectar Thermique is a beautifying anti-frizz blow-dry milk for dry to very dry hair, especially medium to thick hair. Applied before the hairdryer, it protects the hair from styling heat up to 230°C, so blow-drying becomes part of the care routine rather than a source of damage. Because it also protects against humidity, a blow-dry stays smooth for longer, even on damp or rainy days. Its formula combines plant proteins from wheat, corn and soy, which bring nutrition, with niacinamide, which helps strengthen the fibre. Anti-dryness polymers nourish the lengths, make detangling easier and leave the hair soft and shiny, while a protective complex shields it from heat and humidity for up to 72 hours. According to the brand, frizz is reduced by up to 85% from the first use. It carries the Nutritive range's floral fragrance, with violet leaf and ylang-ylang, warmed by tonka bean and sandalwood.

The texture

A light, creamy milk that spreads easily through towel-dried lengths without weighing them down. It leaves hair supple and smooth under the brush, with a soft, floral scent that lasts. It can be used on its own or finished with a drop of hair oil on very dry ends.

How long one bottle lasts

Used three times a week with one to two pumps on medium-length hair, the 150ml bottle lasts around three months. Very long or thick hair will need more.
