La Roche-Posay Kerium DS Intensive Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is a treatment shampoo for persistent dandruff and itchy scalps. It is used as a short course, twice a week for three weeks, to clear stubborn flakes quickly and help keep them from coming back. The formula combines LHA and salicylic acid, which exfoliate the scalp and loosen flakes, with piroctone olamine, an anti-dandruff agent, and niacinamide. The scalp feels relieved from itching and looks visibly cleaner after the first washes, and the effect lasts once the course is over.

How it works

A clear gel that foams well and rinses off easily, with a light, fresh scent. Left on the scalp for two minutes, it gives the actives time to work on flakes. After the three-week course, switch back to a gentle shampoo and repeat the course when flakes return.
