Elgydium Anti-caries toothpaste Intense Freshness 75ml (2.54fl oz) is a 75 ml daily toothpaste built on Fluorinol, Elgydium's patented second-generation amine fluoride. The point of it is speed of contact: Elgydium states Fluorinol binds to enamel five times faster than conventional mineral fluoride. It delivers 1400 ppm of fluoride ions, remineralises enamel and protects teeth against acid attacks, with a fresh mint flavour that lives up to the Intense Freshness name. Elgydium is a French pharmacy oral-care brand with no real US drugstore presence.

The Fluorinol Protect+ complex

The formula pairs two things. Fluorinol - amine fluoride - is the fast-bonding part, so more of the fluoride reaches the enamel during a two-minute brush instead of being rinsed away. Chitosan MS is the second half: it helps retain the fluoride on the tooth surface after you spit. Together Elgydium calls this the Fluorinol Protect+ complex, and the result it claims is remineralised enamel and real resistance to acid attacks.

A shield against cavity bacteria, and a clean mouth

Beyond the fluoride chemistry, the paste is formulated to strengthen tooth structure and build a protective barrier against cavity-causing bacteria - that is the anti-caries part of the name. The second half is sensory: peppermint oil and menthol give an intense fresh finish, leaving breath pleasant and the mouth feeling properly clean. It is paraben-free.

How to use

This toothpaste with Fluorinol strengthens enamel and effectively protects teeth against acid attacks and cavities. Use it every day after each meal, brushing two to three times a day. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush, then brush thoroughly for at least two full minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with clean water after brushing for fresh breath.
