Abena Zinc Ointment 20% is a protective zinc oxide paste for skin that is regularly exposed to moisture, friction or irritation, such as in the nappy and continence area. Its 20% zinc oxide forms a white, water-resistant layer on the skin surface, while aloe vera, glycerin and allantoin help keep it soft and comfortable. Made by the Danish continence-care specialist Abena, it is fragrance-free and suits babies, adults and older people with delicate skin.

The texture

A thick, white paste that stays where it is applied. It does not absorb fully by design: the visible layer is what protects the skin, and it spreads more easily when warmed between the fingers.

How to use
