Elmex Opti-Email Erosion Protection Dental Rinse is a fluoride mouth rinse for adults whose teeth are exposed to acid erosion, from citrus fruit, soft drinks, wine or reflux. Its formula combines amine fluoride (olaflur) and sodium fluoride with stannous chloride, a tin salt that helps form a protective layer on the enamel surface. Used after brushing, it strengthens the enamel and helps it resist the next acid attack. It contains 500 ppm fluoride.

How it works

A clear liquid rinse with a fresh taste that you swish around the mouth after brushing. The fluoride and tin salts are left in contact with the teeth, so it reaches areas a toothbrush misses.

How to use

After brushing, rinse with about 10 ml for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not rinse with water afterwards, and avoid eating or drinking for a short while so the fluoride stays in contact with the teeth.
