Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil is a lipid-replenishing cleansing oil for very dry skin, including skin prone to atopic eczema and itching, on the face, body and scalp. Its soap-free base at physiological pH 5.5 cleanses gently. I-modulia, a patented postbiotic from Avène Thermal Spring Water, helps reduce itching linked to dryness and strengthens the skin’s defences, while Cer-omega, a complex of skin-identical lipids, helps restore the hydrolipidic film. Avène Thermal Spring Water adds a soothing, anti-irritating touch.

The texture

An oil that turns into a soft, milky foam on contact with water. It does not sting the eyes and leaves the skin comfortable, not tight.
