The formula carries hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and vitamin E, giving 24-hour hydration and 16-hour antioxidant protection while helping balance excess oil. The finish is invisible and non-greasy on all skin tones, including deeper complexions. It is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, and formulated to reduce stinging near the eyes.
