Redken's RCT Protein Complex, a targeted delivery technology, treats the hair from root to tip: soy protein adds structure and lift at the root, arginine helps maintain the core, and Sepicap helps restore the look of the ends. The formula has a balanced, acidic pH that respects the hair and helps limit frizz, dryness and breakage.
