La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Micellar Water is a cleansing micellar water for oily and combination skin. It removes makeup, including from the eyes and lips, with the first cotton pad, and zinc PCA helps clear excess sebum so skin looks less shiny. Glycerin keeps the skin comfortable, so it feels fresh and clean without the tight, dry feeling. This pack holds two 400ml bottles.
