Acm Duolys Energising NAD+ Longevity Cream is a 40 ml daily moisturiser built around a 10% Longevity Complex: ProNAD+, Goji exosomes and niacinamide. It targets the visible signs of ageing most people notice first, which are slack contours, dullness and wrinkles. The texture is comfortable, absorbs quickly and dries down velvety, so it layers under makeup. It is ACM’s first cream of this kind and suits all skin types, once or twice a day. NAD+ skincare is still rare on US shelves, and rarer still from a French dermatological lab.

Cellular energy and regeneration

The formula works on three fronts at once. 2% ProNAD+ with glycogen helps maintain cellular energy and essential cell functions by activating sirtuins, the NAD+-dependent enzymes. 1% Goji exosomes, paired with encapsulated hyaluronic acid, reactivate cell communication and stimulate fibroblasts, which is what supports collagen production. 5% niacinamide, with medium-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, soothes the skin, strengthens its barrier and helps it hold on to water. The result is one cream covering energy, regeneration and repair instead of three separate steps.

Measured results and a velvety finish

In a clinical study of 27 women applying the cream twice daily, sirtuin levels rose 38% and skin cell energy 117%, with collagen restoration also observed in an ex vivo test. After 56 days the readings showed +33% radiance and a 27% lifting effect; skin looked plumper in 81% of participants and wrinkles looked smoother in 93%. After 28 days, instrumental measurement indicated skin appeared four years younger. The cream is made with 96% naturally derived ingredients and absorbs fast enough to use in the morning.
