For mouth irritation

A soothing gel for minor mouth irritation from braces, dentures or small sores

Elgydium Soothing Repair Mouth Gel is a gel applied directly to areas of the mouth that feel irritated, such as from braces rubbing, a denture edge, or a small mouth sore. It is meant to form a protective, soothing layer over the irritated spot rather than to treat an underlying condition.

How it works

A clear gel that is dabbed onto the sore or irritated area and forms a thin, soothing film.

Who it suits

  • Irritation from braces, aligners or dentures rubbing the gum or cheek
  • Minor, occasional mouth sores
  • Occasional, targeted use rather than everyday brushing

Worth knowing before you buy: It is meant for minor, everyday irritation; it does not replace properly fitted orthodontic wax or a dentist adjusting a denture that keeps rubbing.
