La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream is a soothing cleanser for oily, acne-prone skin that has become dry and irritated from acne treatments, topical or oral. Its formula combines Aqua Posae Filiformis, which helps rebalance the skin microbiome, with an orellana seed extract that helps limit imperfections while keeping skin hydrated. La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water and niacinamide soothe the skin and support the skin barrier. The result is clean, comfortable skin with less redness, dryness and flaking.

The texture

A soft cream that turns into a creamy foam when massaged onto damp skin. It rinses off cleanly and leaves the skin comfortable, not stripped or tight.

How to use
