Applied on a pimple, it forms an invisible "patch effect" that helps it dry out, with visibly less redness after four hours in the brand's clinical evaluation. Its formula combines natural salicylic acid from willow bark, which exfoliates and helps unclog pores, with alpha hydroxy acids (glycolic and malic acid) that speed up skin renewal. Uriage Thermal Water keeps the skin comfortable while the gel does its work.
