GUM Gingidex Mouth Bath 300ml is a daily chlorhexidine mouthwash for ongoing plaque control and gum health. It uses a lower, 0.06% concentration of chlorhexidine digluconate together with cetylpyridinium chloride, so it can be used as part of a regular routine rather than only for short courses. The formula is alcohol-free with a mint flavour.

How it works

Used undiluted, 10 to 15ml is swished around the mouth for 30 seconds, then spat out, ideally after brushing. The dual-action system targets both existing plaque and the bacteria that keep rebuilding it.

How to use

Rinse for 30 seconds with 10 to 15ml of the undiluted solution, twice a day after brushing. Do not swallow. For external oral use only.
