Dexeryl Essential Washing Cream is a soothing, soap-free shower cream for dry to atopic-prone skin, suitable for babies, children and adults. Its creamy base foams gently on wet skin to cleanse without stripping, while glycerin and emollients help reinforce the skin barrier against dryness and outside aggressions. Tightness is eased and skin feels comfortable and supple after the shower. The fragrance-free formula is designed to limit the risk of allergy and fits alongside a daily emollient routine for very dry skin.
