Isispharma Ruboril Expert S is an anti-redness cream for sensitive, dry skin with diffuse redness and small visible vessels. Its β-calm complex combines plant extracts (butcher's broom, centella asiatica, calendula, horse chestnut and liquorice) that help improve skin microcirculation, with glycyrrhetinic acid to soothe and vitamin B3 to reinforce the skin barrier. Shea butter, camelina oil and plant waxes keep dry skin comfortable. In a clinical evaluation, redness decreased by 70% and skin tone was 48% more even after 4 weeks.
