Foot & heel balm

A repair balm for painful fissures and cracks on feet and heels

Asepta Cicaleïne Dermo-Adjuvant for Fissures and Cracks Foot and Heel Balm is a repair balm from the Cicaleïne range, aimed specifically at fissures and cracks on the feet and heels rather than everyday dryness. It is meant to be applied to the split itself to help the skin close back up, working alongside a regular moisturizer rather than replacing it.

The texture

A thick, concentrated balm that stays in place on the crack rather than spreading over the whole foot.

Who it suits

  • Anyone with visible cracks or fissures on heels or feet
  • People whose cracked heels catch on socks or hurt when walking
  • Those wanting a targeted repair balm alongside their usual foot cream

Worth knowing before you buy: For deep, bleeding or infected cracks, this balm is for everyday fissure care, not a substitute for proper wound treatment.

How long one tube lasts

A 50ml tube used daily on affected spots typically lasts around 2 months.
