A filler eye cream that redensifies and brightens the eye contour

Avène DermAbsolu Filler Eye Contour Cream is a revitalising eye cream for mature and sensitive skin that targets several signs of ageing around the eyes at once: under-eye bags, dark circles, loss of density and loss of firmness. Its trio of actives starts with 1% bakuchiol, a plant-based alternative to retinol that supports cell renewal and the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Vanilla polyphenols boost the action of hyaluronic acid to redensify the skin and give it a fuller look, and 1% Glycoleol, a precursor of the skin's own lipids, restores comfort and elasticity and helps fight dryness. Avène Thermal Spring Water soothes and softens the delicate eye area, which makes the cream suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Tested on sensitive skin and backed by seven clinical studies, the fragrance-free, vegan formula leaves the under-eye area smoother, more rested-looking and brighter.

The texture

A soft, hydrating cream in a tube with a cooling metal tip that helps depuff and tone the eye contour as you apply. It absorbs well and can also be used around the lips. The cream is rich enough to comfort dry lids at night, yet it absorbs well enough to wear under concealer in the morning.

Very oily eye contours may find it rich; in that case use it in the evening only and keep a lighter gel for the morning.

How long a tube lasts

With a rice-grain amount for both eyes, morning and evening, the 15ml tube lasts about 2 months, which is also roughly the time needed to see a visible difference in density and firmness. Used in the evening only, it lasts closer to 4 months.
