La Roche-Posay Effaclar Ultra Concentrated Serum is an exfoliating serum for oily, acne-prone adult skin. It combines glycolic acid, salicylic acid and LHA to remove dead cells, unclog pores and refine texture, with 2% niacinamide to calm the skin. Blemishes, blackheads and marks look reduced over time, and fine lines look softer.
