SVR Palpebral by Topialyse Balm is a soothing, repairing balm for sensitive, irritation-prone skin on the eyelids, the eye contour and the whole face. It is designed for very dry skin and skin prone to atopic eczema. The formula pairs patented ceramides AD complex, which replenish lipids and help protect the barrier from dust mites, with a prebiotic sugar from Ophiopogon japonicus that soothes and reduces itching. Borage oil, rich in omegas, vegetable butters and hyaluronic acid nourish and hydrate, and the balm also protects against pollution and hard water. Redness, dryness and itching are reduced within 24 hours, with comfort that lasts all day.
