Nioxin System 3 Conditioner is a lightweight conditioner for dry, damaged, colour-treated hair with moderate thinning. It is step two of the Nioxin System 3 routine and softens and detangles the lengths without weighing the hair down. Niacinamide, biotin and panthenol carry on the scalp care started by the shampoo, and hydrolyzed silk adds softness. The result is smoother, more manageable hair that looks fuller. This 1L size is made for regular or professional use.
