A high-strength urea balm for thick, rough and scaly areas

Isispharma Urelia 50 is a balm for localised rough areas prone to scaling or hyperkeratosis, including skin with a tendency to psoriasis. It combines 50% urea with glycolic and lactic acids to soften and reduce thick plaques, while a complex of amino acids and a postbiotic helps restore the skin barrier and hold water in the skin. Shea butter and glycerin add comfort. In Isispharma's 28-day clinical study, 80% of users saw a significant reduction of their hyperkeratosis plaques.

The texture

A smooth, creamy balm that spreads easily on small areas and feels comfortable on fragile skin. It is fragrance-free.

Who it suits

  • Localised hyperkeratosis that ordinary creams do not soften

Worth knowing before you buy: at 50% urea with AHAs, it is meant for small, thickened areas, not for the face or broken skin, and it may sting at first. It also contains mineral oil and silicones.

How to use
