pH 5.5 · Olive oil

A soap-free cleansing bar with olive oil for dry, sensitive skin

Sebamed Olive Physio-Wash Bar looks like a bar of soap but is formulated without soap, at skin's own pH of 5.5, with olive oil added to help nourish skin while it cleanses. It's designed for dry and sensitive skin that reacts badly to standard soap, which typically sits at a much higher, skin-disrupting pH. Used daily in the shower or at the sink, it cleans gently without the tight, stripped feeling ordinary soap can leave behind.

The texture

A firm bar that lathers gently and rinses cleanly, leaving skin feeling soft rather than squeaky-tight.

Who it suits

  • Dry or sensitive skin that reacts to ordinary soap
  • Anyone who prefers a bar over a liquid wash
  • Daily face and body cleansing for the whole family
  • People wanting an olive-oil-enriched, soap-free formula

Worth knowing before you buy: A soap-free bar behaves a little differently from regular soap and may lather less; that's normal and doesn't mean it's cleaning any less well.
