An organic konjac supplement to help you feel full between meals

Flora Natura Organic Konjac is an organic food supplement made from konjac, a root whose fibre is widely used in weight-management routines. Flora Natura sells it as capsules in its organic range. It is used by people who want to reduce hunger between meals as part of a controlled-calorie diet.

How it works

Konjac contains glucomannan, a fibre that absorbs water and swells in the stomach, which gives a feeling of fullness. It is taken with plenty of water before a meal, and it works best alongside a balanced, calorie-controlled diet.

Who it suits

  • Adults following a calorie-controlled diet
  • People who snack between meals
  • Anyone who prefers an organic plant-based supplement

Worth knowing before you buy: Always take konjac capsules with a full glass of water, because the fibre swells and needs liquid. Do not exceed the stated dose, and keep the pack away from children.
