La Roche-Posay Lipikar Lait Urea 10% is a body lotion for very dry, rough and flaky skin, including skin prone to keratosis pilaris and scaly patches. At 10%, urea mainly moisturises, drawing water into the skin, while also gently exfoliating to smooth rough texture. HEPES, a mild exfoliating ingredient, adds to that smoothing effect, and shea butter nourishes and helps preserve the skin barrier. Skin feels softer straight away and stays comfortable for up to 48 hours. The fragrance-free formula suits children from 12, adults and older people alike.

A light lotion that melts in and absorbs quickly, leaving a soft, velvety finish rather than a greasy film.

Worth knowing before you buy: urea can sting on cracked or freshly shaved skin, so avoid broken areas. It is made for the body, not the face. If your skin is very reactive or itchy, the Lipikar AP+M balm may be the gentler choice.

How long one bottle lasts

How to use
