La Roche-Posay Lipikar Syndet AP+ is an ultra-gentle, soap-free cleansing cream-gel for very dry, sensitive skin, suitable for babies, children and adults. This 400ml eco-refill pouch tops up the Lipikar Syndet AP+ pump bottle and uses less plastic. The formula combines niacinamide to soothe the feeling of discomfort with Aqua Posae Filiformis, La Roche-Posay's thermal water ferment that helps rebalance the skin microbiome. Shea butter replenishes lipids, so the skin feels comfortable, not tight, after the shower.

The texture

A creamy gel that turns into a soft, light lather and rinses off cleanly without leaving the skin tight. It is fragrance-free.
