Olaplex N°7 Shine oil-serum mist is an 80 ml ultra-fine mist that mixes a hydrating serum with lightweight oils in a single bottle. It is aimed at hair that looks flat and feels parched at the ends, and it works on dry hair rather than wet. The formula brings instant shine, 96-hour hydration and 75% less breakage, with heat protection up to 232 °C (450 °F). It is vegan, safe on coloured hair and suits all hair types. Being a mist rather than an oil, it adds shine without the greasy weight an oil usually leaves.

Hydration and shine in one spray

The two-phase formula is the point: lightweight nourishing oils on one side, a hydrating serum treatment on the other. Humectants pull moisture into the hair, while Kalahari melon seed oil, kukui nut oil and rosehip fruit extracts nourish and hydrate without weighing hair down. On top of that sits patented OLAPLEX Bond Building Technology™, which works on the disulphide bonds inside the hair to leave it stronger and visibly healthier — the reason the brand can claim 75% less breakage alongside the shine.

Lightweight, protective, and clean on the label

The mist is easy to apply and feels light, which is what separates it from a classic hair oil. It gives heat protection up to 232 °C, so it earns its place before a blow-dry or straightener, and it is safe on coloured hair. The vegan formula is free from SLS/SLES sulphates, phthalates, phosphates, MIC/MIT, parabens and proteins, and the product is dermatologically tested.

It is also not suitable for children under three, and you should avoid contact with the eyes.

How to use

Shake the bottle to mix the two phases thoroughly. Spray 2 to 4 times onto dry hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Apply more if needed, shaking the bottle again between each application.
