Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Balm is a rich, soothing balm for very dry, itchy and atopic-prone skin, on the face and body, from babies to adults. Its formula is built around I-Modulia, a complex developed from Avène Thermal Spring Water that works with the skin microbiome to calm itching and help limit flare-ups of dryness. LIPID:B2, a concentrated complex of essential fatty acids, replaces the lipids the skin is missing and reinforces its barrier. The Sterile Cosmetics pump tube keeps the formula clean without preservatives, so skin is left comfortable and less prone to itching.

The texture

A thick, cushiony balm that spreads more easily than it looks and leaves a soft, protective feel rather than a greasy one. It has no fragrance, which suits skin that stings easily.

How to use
