Florgynal tampons are enriched with three strains of Lactobacillus, rhamnosus, gasseri and fermentum, all naturally present in the vagina, alongside the usual absorbent core. The idea is to support the vaginal flora during the period rather than leave it to fend for itself, while still giving reliable absorption for the flow level you choose.
