Bioderma Photoderm Ultra-fluid SPF50+ 40ml (1.35fl oz) is the XDefense ultra-fluid, and it goes wider than a standard sunscreen: it shields against UV, visible light and infrared as well as the effects of urban pollution. The texture is genuinely ultra-fluid - it absorbs on contact, leaves a soft matte finish and no white cast. The 40 ml bottle is sized for a handbag, and the formula is built for all skin types, including the most sensitive.

Broad-spectrum defence, not just SPF

The formula is built around Environmental Active Defense, following NAOS's ECOBIOLOGY approach, so protection is layered rather than single-filter. It also includes Detox Science, aimed at lifting the pollutant particles that settle on the skin's surface through the day - which is the practical difference between looking protected and looking grey by 6pm. The point is preventing oxidative damage while keeping hydration intact, which is why it holds up on skin that is both sensitive and exposed.

Ultra-lightweight texture with visible results

How to use

Apply generously to the face and neck before any sun exposure. A small amount is enough to cover the entire area. Reapply every two hours, after swimming or if you have been sweating. For optimal protection, do not reduce the amount you use.
