IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed Compact Setting Powder is a 9 g compact that blurs the look of pores and imperfections and sets makeup with a smooth, natural matte finish. It uses Bye Bye Pores Optical Blurring Technology™ and a formula built on silk, hydrolysed collagen and antioxidants. It works over foundation or straight on bare skin, and suits all skin types. The powder was developed with American dermatologists and plastic surgeons, and comes in three shades.

Blurring rather than covering

The idea behind this compact is optical, not heavy coverage: Bye Bye Pores Optical Blurring Technology™ softens how light falls on the skin so pores and small imperfections read as less visible, and the result looks younger and smoother without a layer of product sitting on top. The formula is made with silk, hydrolysed collagen and antioxidants, which is why it feels light rather than chalky. IT Cosmetics built it with dermatologists and plastic surgeons, which shows in how little it takes to see a difference.

A transparent veil for the T-zone

Used on the T-zone, the powder lays down a transparent veil that controls shine without settling into fine lines — the usual failure of mattifying powders on mature or dry-ish skin. It is equally at home on nude skin, which makes it a quick fix on no-makeup days.
