The traditional Tahitian oil for soft, scented skin and hair

Tiki Monoï de Tahiti Tiaré is a traditional Polynesian oil for skin and hair that needs softness and comfort, especially in summer. It is made in Tahiti by macerating hand-picked tiaré flowers (Gardenia tahitensis) in pure coconut oil, which gives the oil its creamy floral scent. Vitamin E is added to protect the oil. It leaves skin soft with a light glow and works as a pre-shampoo mask for dry hair.

The texture

A pure oil with no water and no emulsifiers. It sets solid below about 24°C (75°F); warm the bottle in your hands and it turns fluid again.

How to use

Warm the oil if it has set. Apply a few drops to damp or dry skin and massage in. For hair, spread over the lengths before shampooing and leave on for 15 minutes or more, then wash as usual. For the bath, pour a few drops into warm water. For external use only.
