A light, nourishing family cream that eases itching and dryness

Mustela Stelatopia+ Lipid-Replenishing Anti-Itch Cream is a lipid-replenishing, anti-itch moisturiser for very dry and atopic-prone skin, suitable for the whole family from birth, including babies coming out of neonatology. Its vegan formula, with 99% ingredients of natural origin, brings together a trio of nourishing plant lipids, shea butter, avocado oil and sunflower oil, to give the skin the fatty acids it lacks. At its core, an organic sunflower oil distillate and Bioécolia®, a prebiotic made from natural sugars, work to soothe the skin straight away, reduce redness and support the skin microbiome. Used every day, it strengthens the skin barrier, helps prevent severe dryness and limits the return of irritation, so the skin stays comfortable for longer.

The texture

A soft, white cream that is very nourishing yet light, spreading easily over large areas and absorbing quickly without leaving the skin greasy. Babies can be dressed straight after application. It has no added fragrance, which makes it easy to use on reactive skin, and the pump bottle means one-handed use at changing time. The bottle is made of 100% recycled and recyclable plastic.

Worth knowing before you buy: this cream is made for daily care of dry, atopic-prone skin, not for oozing or infected areas. It has no added fragrance, but it does contain plant oils (sunflower, avocado) and shea butter, so check the list if you know you react to any of them. For best results apply it at least twice a day, including on days when the skin looks calm.

How long a bottle lasts

With 2 to 4 pumps twice a day on a baby, the 300ml bottle lasts about 5 to 7 weeks. On an adult or a child with larger areas to cover, expect around 3 to 4 weeks.

How to use

Press the pump 2 to 4 times and massage the cream gently into clean, dry skin on the face and body. Apply at least twice a day, ideally after the bath or shower, and more often on very dry areas.
