La Roche-Posay Effaclar Ultra Concentrated Serum is an anti-blemish serum for adults with acne-prone skin, designed to purify, reduce imperfections, refine skin texture and soften fine lines. It combines three exfoliating acids: glycolic acid to resurface and even out marks, salicylic acid to unclog pores, and LHA (capryloyl salicylic acid), La Roche-Posay's gentle micro-exfoliant. Niacinamide helps soothe the skin and limit redness left by spots. Used in the evening, it leaves the skin clearer, smoother and more even over the weeks.
