ISDIN Eryfotona AK-NMSC Fluid SPF100+ is a very high protection facial fluid for sun-damaged skin, designed for people with actinic keratosis and those at higher risk from years of sun exposure. In Europe it is registered as a medical device. Its patented DNA Repairsomes technology combines sun filters that absorb, reflect and scatter UV rays with photolyase, an enzyme from plankton encapsulated in liposomes, which helps repair UV-induced damage in the skin. Soothing panthenol and bisabolol calm discomfort, and the light, water-resistant texture is easy to apply every day. It suits all skin types, including sensitive skin.

The texture

A light, fluid lotion that you shake before use. It spreads easily over the face, ears and scalp, absorbs quickly and leaves a soft, non-greasy finish that can be worn under makeup. It has a light scent and resists water, so it holds up on outdoor days, whether you are gardening, walking or on the golf course.

Worth knowing before you buy: the formula contains denatured alcohol, octocrylene and fragrance. SPF100+ does not mean you can stay in the sun longer: it is designed to be reapplied every two hours in direct sun and used alongside shade and protective clothing. It is a sun protection product and does not replace treatment of existing lesions. Keep it away from the eyes.

How long one bottle lasts

Applied to the face, ears and scalp twice a day as directed, a 50ml bottle lasts about four to five weeks.

How to use

Shake before use. Apply generously over the exposed or affected areas twice a day, in the morning and at noon. In direct sun, reapply every two hours. Avoid midday sun and long exposure. Read the instructions in the box before use.
