Isispharma Urelia 10 is a hydrating, exfoliating body cream for very dry, rough skin, including skin prone to atopy. Its formula is built around urea, which draws water into the skin and gently loosens the dry, flaky layer, so rough areas feel smoother and softer after a few days. Glycerin adds hydration, while shea butter, beeswax and mineral oil form a comforting film that limits water loss. It suits large areas of the body as well as rough spots like elbows, knees and heels.
